The mission of The Alberta New Home Warranty Program is to provide investment
protection for new home buyers in Alberta and quality services for our Builder Members.

The Alberta New Home Warranty Program is the leader and innovator in the provision of
warranty services to the home building industry.
We are dedicated to assisting those engaged in the business of home building to be more
successful, and ensuring that consumers are happy with the product of that success.

Not only are Builder Members of The Alberta New Home Warranty Program committed
to customer satisfaction and a healthy, stable building industry, they're thoroughly qualified!
To be accepted as a Registered Builder Member of the Program, a Builder must meet
standards in every aspect of professional knowledge and conduct, including:
Customer Service
Financial Ability
Industry Reputation
Technical Expertise
Management Skills
Market Awareness
Once registered in the Program, Builder Members must continue to meet membership
requirements.
Among the considerations for renewal is the builder's customer service record for each
home built--from purchase to construction through occupancy and the first year of
ownership.
A Registered Builder Member's willingness and timeliness in performing any needed service
work, as well as instances where the program is called upon to intervene in settling warranty
issues, all bear upon whether or not a membership renewal is approved.
To help maintain customer satisfaction and the standing of Builder Members as a select group
recognized for their excellence in the Business of Home Building, The Alberta New Home
Warranty Program provides ongoing builder management, financial and technical training.
